   Millisong.com is an online music store. There are hundreds of thousands of albums in our catalogue - from all-time hits to hot releases. Some of new albums are added everyday. Listen before buying. You can either download a low quality sample or listen to it immediately in a streaming audio format. Before you continue registration on the Site, we ask that you first read and agree with the clauses in the following document. If you disagree with any clause, you should not continue your registration.

Welcome to Millisong.com. The Millisong.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is part of the system of services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). This document is an agreement ("Agreement") made between you and the administration ("Administration") that states your rights and duties while using the Site, and sets the framework for the use of services provided by the system.

If you begin registering, you confirm that:

The user agrees not to give his/her login and password to anyone else. The owner of a personal account bears all responsibility for damage caused as a result of disclosing the Millisong.com login and password to a third person.

Your IP Address

In accordance with common practice accepted by the industry, our Site also collects statistics on customers' IP addresses. This data is used to improve our Services and also helps us to identify and better solve technical problems.    You need to register before you can download music from Millisong.com. Registration is the basis for the site's personalized services. By signing up, each individual user can access his/her personal sections, such as Basket, Statistics, Assistance, etc. To register, simply complete an online form and choose a username and password. A real email address is essential for completing your registration, as we use this address to send you a registration confirmation link.

PAYMENTS   

   You need to register at Millisong.com first to be able to add to your balance. Then you can choose a payment method in the Balance section. For example, if you want to pay with a credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard,Eurocard,Diners Club) you should choose this as a payment method then specify the card type and payment sum. The money is added immediately upon card authorization. Note! The minimum one-time payment by credit card for the service is $10.

The payment is conducted by the secure SSL-connection, established by our server and . Https-protocol, on which you transaction is authorized, makes your transaction secure. For your protection we do not store your credit card information on our server. The information is deleted after the transaction has been completed. Consequently we cannot charge your credit card again later.

Credit card refund policy:
If for some reason the site is unable to provide you the service, you will be refunded the remainder of your balance within 7 business days after you apply for such refund.

   This guide will describe the process of downloading the music to iPod

At first download purchased music from www.millisong.com onto your computer. Then you will need a special program "iTunes" to update your iPod with a new mp3 files.

Get started by installing iTunes
1. Go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and click the Free Download button.
2. Click the Download iTunes button
3. Run the iTunes Setup program, then follow the instructions to complete the installation. Open iTunes from Start > Programs > iTunes > iTunes.

Here are ways to import a mp3 file or folder into your iTunes library:
a) To import an individual mp3 file, choose File > Add File to Library, and then locate the music file you want added to your library.
b) To import all the mp3 files in a folder, choose File > Add Folder to Library, and then locate the folder containing the audio you want added to your library. The My Music folder (inside the My Documents folder) is often the default location for song files imported into other applications, such as MusicMatch.

Sync your iPod
1. Connect your iPod to your computer.
2. When the iPod icon appears in the iTunes window (below Devices), select it.
3. If the Summary pane isn't showing, click the Summary tab.
4. To automatically sync your iPod:
a) Make sure that "Manually manage music" is not selected.
b) Click the Music tab and do one of the following:
c) To automatically update your iPod with all the songs and playlists in your library, select "Sync music" and then select "All songs and playlists." iTunes loads the songs and playlists in your iTunes library onto your iPod, and deletes songs from your iPod that aren't in your library.
d) To automatically update your iPod with only certain playlists, select "Sync music" and "Selected playlists," and then select the playlists you want synchronized.

To manually sync your iPod:
a) Make sure that "Manually manage music" is selected.
b) Click Music (below Library, on the left side of the iTunes window) and then drag songs and playlists to your iPod.
